FBNBank Ghana Limited, a subsidiary of First Bank Nigeria Limited has opened a new ultra-modern Kaneshie branch located at Hansonic, a suburb of Accra.
The event, which took place on Wednesday saw the commissioning of one of the bank’s plans to provide better services for its customers.
“We are particularly happy today because it gives us the opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to Ghana as well as to demonstrate our relentless quest to put our customers first,” said the Managing Director of the bank, Victor Asante.
“While we recognize that most banks and financial institutions are focused on driving the digital agenda, we do not lose sight of the fact that there should also be comfortable touch points for our clients who occasionally need to physically interact with us,” he added.
A board member of FBNBank Hannah Brenda Amoateng while delivering the keynote address noted the aim of the bank as finding themselves as the top of the banking industry ladder in Ghana.
She said, “FBNBank Ghana is committed to become the clear leader in the country’s financial sector as well as set the gold standard of customer experience and excellence in financial services solutions.”
The event saw dignitaries like the Head of the Banking Supervision Department of the Bank of Ghana, the Sempe Mantse Nii Adote Otintor II, Management and Committee members of the bank, executives of the Car Dealers Association at Kokompe and Abossey Okai, and cherished customers of the bank.
The bank also commemorated the grand draw of the Save and Win promotion by presenting the grand prize to Mensah Addo. For his prize, he will enjoy an all-expenses-paid trip to Dubai.
