The leadership of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) along with its flagbearer Dr Mahamudu Bawumia will storm Kwahu in the Eastern Region from March 25-31, 2024.
The delegation led by Dr Bawumia will meet with the esteemed Omanhene of Kwahu, among other notable figures.
A series of community engagements spearheaded by the party’s youth, women, Nasara wings, and volunteer groups are planned.
Other activities include Community health screening, donations to local orphanages, widows, elderly and the needy, a conference for the regional youth wing and TESCON.
On March 30, the NPP will conduct a significant walk and a mini rally, aptly named ‘It is Possible,’ to galvanize support.
Dr. Bawumia is currently in a heated electoral race against John Dramani Mahama, the flagbearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the December polls.
