Celebrated gospel singer Perez Musik has explained why he accepted to perform at Citi FM/ Citi TV’s end-of-year all-white outdoor party ‘Citiuation’ on December 24, 2023.
It would be recalled that Perez Musik was one of the outstanding performers at the much-attended non-religious event.
Speaking on Citi TV’s entertainment programme “The Chat,” hosted by Ekow Koomson, Perez Musik said he hesitated about performing at the non-religious event.
But after much thought, he saw it as a chance to spread the message of Christ. “Honestly… Initially, I wasn’t sure, but I saw it as an opportunity to sell Christ.”He admitted
According to the ”Hewale Lala” crooner, “I think that coming to Christ.. you come to be perfected..you don’t perfect yourself before coming. It always starts from a point …that night I might’ve sowed a seed in someone’s life…I was able to bring someone reassurance …It was part of evangelism…It was all a point of impact”.
Known in real life as Frank Nii Okai Tagoe, Perez Musik acknowledged his experiences: “I’ve been to clubs, so I understand that environment. While I wouldn’t recommend it for others to do the same, those experiences allow me to connect with people in those places.”
