Food and Agriculture Minister Eric Opoku and Deputy Minister of Trade, Agribusiness and Industry, Sampson Ahi are currently at Channel One TV’s AgriFair 2025 at the Efua Sutherland Children’s Park in Accra, engaging with exhibitors and stakeholders at the event.

The two ministers are part of a high-level government delegation touring the fairgrounds, which includes Bright Demodzi, Feed Ghana Coordinator; Kwasi Etu Bonde, Technical Advisor to the Ministry of Food and Agriculture; and Chief Director of the Trade Ministry, Mr. Noah Tumfo.

The officials are engaging with farmers, agribusiness owners, and innovators showcasing cutting-edge technologies, value-added products, and sustainable solutions designed to enhance Ghana’s agricultural productivity and resilience.

Their presence underscores government’s continued commitment to supporting initiatives that foster innovation, investment, and inclusive growth in agriculture. Both ministers praised Channel One TV and its partners for organizing the AgriFair, describing it as a critical platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange within the sector.

AgriFair 2025, which began on Friday, June 20, has entered its second day and continues to attract large crowds. The event wraps up on Sunday, June 22, with ongoing live coverage on Channel One TV and updates via 97.3 Citi FM’s digital platforms.
