Rev. John Ntim Fordjour, the Deputy Minister of Education, is championing the implementation of novel teaching strategies to improve Ghana’s educational system.
This comes on the heels of the African Union’s proclamation of 2024 as the Year of Education.
At the Policy for Innovative Pedagogies for Foundational Learning event’s media briefing in Accra on Tuesday, Rev. Fordjour underscored the importance of inclusive education.
“…We need a comprehensive action plan that will augment the already existing practices we have like PLC. Every week our teachers across the country engage in Professional Learning Communities to share the best pedagogical practices,” he stated.
