The Ghana Union of Traders’ Association (GUTA) has warned its members not to attack any foreign trader.
This comes after recent reports of attacks by Ghanaian traders on foreigners, especially Nigerian traders.
This caution from the president of GUTA, Dr Joseph Obeng, came barely 24 hours after some Ghanaian traders at the Opera Square in Accra besieged some shops that reportedly belong to Nigerians and locked them up.
