Loyalty insurance company limited, a non-life insurance company, has appreciated all its cherished loyal sales executives at a grand event held at Crystal Palm Hotel at Tesano in Accra.
The company gave special awards to top ten (10) Sales Executives across the country.
The awards, which were in the form cash prices were given to the Sales Executives in respect of their contributions to the total premium income of the company for the year 2018.
Other factors such as responsiveness to client’s needs, proper record keeping, and timely filing of premiums and returns were used in the selection of the award winners.
The Managing Director of Loyalty Insurance, Mr. Ernest Frimpong, thanked the entire Sales Executives force for the commitments, dedication and loyalty to the company and also congratulated the award winners for their tenacity and resilience.
He indicated that Sales Executives contributed a significant proportion of the company’s premium income and described them as the lifeblood of the company.
Mr. Frimpong stated that the company had put in place strategies and plans to make the work of the Sales Executives very rewarding and enjoyable with a view to creating a vibrant Sales Executive force in the insurance industry.
He, therefore, challenged them to do more for the benefit of themselves and the company.
The executive director of the company, Mr. Ellias Oppong Ababio, said the 2019 awards which will be done in the first quarter of 2020 promises to be bigger, better and greater with juicer award packages and urged the Sales Executive to continue on the path of progress.
The highly appreciated award event created the platform for interaction between the Sales Executives and the entire management staff of the company. It also provided the platform for Sales Executives to give feedback to the management of the company on their work and their expectations of management, going forward.
