Prestigious Ghanaian and West African foam mattress brand, Latex Foam, has for the second time been adjudged the solid excellent brand in Ghana’s manufacturing sector.

This was after the company achieved a Superbrands status this year- 2019, having been recognized for the same feat in 2012 for its innovation, customer satisfaction, loyalty, brand performance and market acceptance.

At a presentation ceremony held on the premises the company in Accra on Friday, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of African Brands Warrior, Fatima Alimohammed, mentioned that her outfit settled on Latex Foam after a well-conducted research selection process and credibility assessment.

Research-based award

Fatima Alimohammed said this research-based approach to awarding industries for their ingenuity, output and brand activation, is to properly identify well-known products and services that are enjoying maximum competitive advantage.

“The best way of ensuring the authenticity and credibility of any award that you give is that you must have research. When we came to latex foam and we looked at the mattress sector, we went and again did the research which was conducted on three fundamental questions which included the brand individuals have always been using, the brand they will consider and the reason for their choice. So whenever Superbrand awards a company, the bar raises for the customer and the client to give up its best.”

Recognition

On her part, Gifty Appiah, the Public Relations Officer of Latex Foam, who received the award on behalf of the company, said the recognition was a clear indication of the firm’s goodwill and public validation on the market.

“This will be our second year running. In 2012, we received this award and in 2019 we are here again. So for us, it’s only a testament of the good work that I believe is being done on our premises. We are very grateful to the Superbrands team for making this award very credible as it is. We are very happy to be part of this and I hope to  do more as the years go by.”

The Latex Foam brand

Latex Foam has stood the test of time and is the oldest in the industry.

It is also the leading manufacturer of quality Foam products in Ghana and West Africa.

Latex Foam combines its strength and solid experience of over 40 years with an unparalleled ability for innovation to produce a variety of quality foam products to meet the varying tastes of its valued customers, which cuts across every segment of society irrespective of the socio-economic background.
