To commemorate the end of another year, Concentrix + Webhelp, a leading global provider of customer experience (CX) solutions and technology, recently held an end-of-year celebration, dubbed WAHOU time, at its site in Accra, Ghana.
The guest of honour for the event was Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, the Minister of Information in Ghana.
During the celebration, Nkrumah acknowledged the pivotal role played by enterprises including Concentrix + Webhelp in propelling the nation forward in economic development.
Highlighting Ghana’s embrace of the digital era, he underscored significant investments in technology and the digitalization of the economy to ensure Ghana remains at the forefront of innovation.

Since our establishment in Ghana, we haven’t just been conducting business; we’ve been building a lasting impact on the local community. We believe in not only being a successful business but a responsible corporate citizen. Through our impact hiring initiative, we have about 30% of our population being impact hires, thus individuals who have High School Certificates, are marginalized, or less privileged in Ghanaian society. I would like to acknowledge developmental agencies and NGOs like GIZ, DSAA, Generation, and Soronko Academy who have been wonderful partners of this initiative – We look to doing more in 2024.
