Fans of Ghanaian rapper M.anifest who wanted him to do a Ghanaian version of Childish Gambino’s ‘This Is America’ may be disappointed by his response.
M.anifest, in a tweet, has turned down requests by some his fans to do a Ghanaian cover for the song.

‘The Is America’ has got the attention of most music fans few weeks ago when Gambino released the song and its video.
The call on M.anifest to do his version of the song came after Nigerian rapper, Folarin Falana aka Falz did a Nigerian cover of the music video which he titled ‘This Is Nigeria.’
Few days ago, another music group FOKN Bois who had also been asked by their fans to do the song, said they had done songs with similar themes in the past and that they would not follow Falz’s footsteps.
M.anifest is a Ghanaian rapper, singer and songwriter who has won great spurs in the Ghanaian music industry with his exceptional poetic prowess to the music artistry.
He has songs like ‘W’ani Aba,’ ‘Someway Bi,’ ‘Simple Love,’ ‘Do My Own, ‘godMC, ‘Me Ne Woaa,’ among others.
