Nana Asante Gyeabour, a founding member of the NPP in the Asante Akyem South Constituency and a leading political figure in the Asante Region has predicted victory for William Yamoah.
William Yamoah is a former NUGS President and currently works as a special assistant in the office of the Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
Speaking at his residence at Nyaboo when William Yamoah and his entourage paid him a visit, the founding father recounted how he blessed the then-presidential candidate, Nana Akufo-Addo when he visited him in 2016 after which he was voted into office.
He said, for William Yamoah to follow the footsteps of President Nana Akufo-Addo means he is poised for victory.
The founding father spoke highly of William Yamoah describing him as someone who within a short period of time had contributed immensely towards the development of the constituency.
“Yamoah’s contribution such as helping the youth with job opportunities and scholarships is something that entices the founding father.”
He admonished Yamoah to run an issue-based campaign. He was also confident of Mr. Yamoah’s success in the impending NPP parliamentary primaries.
William on his part thanked the founding member and father for his unflinching support, words of wisdom and blessings he has received from him.
He promised to continue with his works and issue-based campaigning.
