The 2023 HR Focus Awards were launched on Friday, 12th May 2023 at an HR Interactive Event, by Dr Irene Stella Agyenim-Boateng; the first-ever recipient of the HR Practitioner of the Year Award in 2015.
The event brought together over 200 virtual and physical participants to discuss the theme: “Building Resilience in the Workplace”. In her address, she shared her career journey with participants and encouraged all HR Practitioners to vie for awards on the prestigious platform, HR Focus Awards.
The HR Focus Awards, now in its 10th year, has established itself as a prestigious accolade in the HR industry. It aims to honour organizations and individuals who have demonstrated exemplary leadership, innovation, and excellence in the realm of Human Resources.
These awards are a testament to the vital role HR professionals play in driving organizational success and fostering a positive work culture.
The HR Interactive event, renowned for its ability to bring together top HR leaders, industry experts, and professionals from around the world, served as an ideal backdrop for the launch of the HR Focus Awards 2023.
