On Friday, October 27, 2023, the Cedi Conference Centre at the University of Ghana will host the “To the Top” seminar, an event designed to empower economic entrepreneurs of all levels, both active and inactive, in their journeys to success.
The seminar will feature a lineup of renowned speakers, including Dr. Mathew Knowles, a music executive, entrepreneur, lecturer, and the father of world-acclaimed American pop singer Beyoncé.
These speakers will share their insights and experiences on a range of topics.
Speaking about the seminar on Brunch in the Citi on Citi FM, Dr. Mathew Knowles explained that, “To The Top seeks to empower dreams, fuel the future, and be a catalyst for change by supporting entrepreneurs on their journey to success…Entrepreneurship is not for everyone, but it is for those who have the passion, mental toughness, and work ethic to succeed. If you are one of those people, the ‘To the Top’ seminar is a must-attend event.”
He emphasized, “Whether you are just starting out or a seasoned entrepreneur looking to scale up your business, the ‘To the Top’ seminar has something to offer you.”
The seminar forms part of the precursor activities for the inaugural two-day Eat Drink Music (EDM) Festival at the Untamed Empire in Accra.
The EDM Festival is expecting a daily attendance of 3,000 to 5,000 guests. The festival will showcase a blend of traditional and contemporary music and fashion and will support independent businesses.
This year, the festival’s program follows the theme of “Scaling Up Entrepreneurial Businesses the EDM Festival Way.”
