Unique Child School was eliminated from Citi TV‘s Best Brain quiz competition on Saturday after losing its preliminary contest.
Students from Unique School were defeated by their contenders from the Ministry of Health (MoH) Basic School in the fifth edition of the competition today.
The scores at the end of all three rounds stood at 75 points for Unique Child and 82 points for MoH Basic School.
MoH Basic School’s victory over Unique Child qualifies it to the next stage of the competition with four other schools.
Next Saturday, viewers should expect a contest that will determine who picks up the last slot for the semi-finals.
Best Brain is a fun and educative show for JHS students and airs every Saturday on Citi TV at 12 pm.
In all, 12 schools are battling for the top spot and fighting for bragging rights, as the school which grooms Ghana’s best brains in this classic quiz competition.
So far four schools — Christ the King School, Kay-Billie-Klaer International School, Silicon Valley and Happy Kids — have booked their place in the next round of the competition.
