He invited individuals and organizations to contribute to the foundation.
“This is our fifth time supporting this area. Anybody who wants to support us can do so; our doors are open, uniforms, clothes, provisions, books are all accepted. Our next donation will include sandals, textbooks, and other learning materials,” he added.
A beneficiary expressed her gratitude to the foundation for their kindness.
“We thank you very much for coming to gift us during this end of the year. We thank you, we thank you, and we thank you very much,” she said.
Another widow shared, “Which man has thought of widows in this manner? Widows are so vulnerable. It is almost two months until it will be a year since my husband passed away. So, I’m very sorrowful. Truly, we appreciate the gifts they brought to us. We’ll come together and form a group; this will make the group appealing enough for others to also join. Whatever rules are there, we shall establish them. This will help create love, unity, and compassion. May God almighty and His son Jesus bless them and favor them.”
The Assemblyman for the Mamakrom/Akwerteykrom Electoral Area highlighted the positive impact of the donation on his electoral success.
“He and his crew have been coming here often; I am very thankful. He gave me the opportunity to win the elections as an assembly member through his numerous donations. I’m always excited when he brings the items to the widows because I do not have the funds to buy them. So whenever he brings these gifts to the old women, it really excites them. I even saw an amount of GHC150 per person, which he donated to almost 20 people the first time. He has really done well.”
