Apostle Dr. Aaron Ami-Narh has taken over as the new President of the Apostolic Church Ghana.
He was inducted into office over the weekend at the Tema Community 5 assembly of the church.
Apostle Dr. Ami-Narh, 7th President, takes over from Apostle Peter Okoe Mankralo, the immediate past President of the church.
Apostle Fredrick Yaw Agyemang and Apostle Dr. Daniel Bardoom Kissi were also inducted into office as Vice President and General Secretary respectively.
Members of the newly constituted National Executive Committee were also ushered into the office.
Until his elevation, Apostle Ami-Narh was the District Head of the Tema Community 5 District and also the Resident Apostle of the purpose-driven C5 Assembly of the church.
He has also served the church in different portfolios.
Professionally, he is a medical practitioner with the Narh-Bita Hospital, Tema and the Vice President of the Narh-Bita College.
Delivering a sermon at the induction ceremony on the topic “Cross over, take over,” Apostle Emmanuel Mbakwe of the Apostolic Church, United Kingdom congratulated the new president and his executives.
While reminding them of the journey ahead, he said: “…it is time for a great legacy to be left for leaders in future and the mantle has been given to make it happen.”
Apostle Mbakwe further urged the church as a body to give the new administrative executives their full support.
